I was born in the late 70s, and throughout my life the year 2020 has been used in stories and conversation as when we will have arrived in "the future."

In the early 1990s I spent many nights obsessing over my BBS and creating ANSI art to promote it.

Aesthetic beauty is as much about how and whether you look, as what you see. From the quark to the supernova, the wonders do not cease. It is our attentiveness that is in short supply. Our ability and willingness to do the work that awe requires.
